2. One-Day Payment Refund Policy

We offer a refund for payments made for the Verification API under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the payment date.
  • The refund request is for services that have not yet been utilized or accessed.
  • The request is made by the original purchaser of the services.

  • Order ID or transaction number.
  • Date of payment.
  • Reason for the refund request.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Services accessed or utilized beyond the one-day refund period.
  • Any additional services or features purchased separately from the Verification API.

4. Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
